Bernice (Warren) Boothroyd, 83, died peacefully at Hospice House Woodside, Pinellas Park, FL, Friday, February 4, 2011.

She was born in Lynn, MA and grew up in Peabody, MA. After marrying Howard Boothroyd of Beverly, MA in 1948 and moving to NH, she served as Town Clerk of Amherst, NH for many years. Bernice is survived by her husband of nine years, Philip McLeod, her three daughters, Joan, Barbara and Lois, seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
