Kathy Miller, 63, of Amherst, NH died April 5, 2011, at Community Hospice House, Merrimack, NH after a long, courageous battle with cancer.

Kathy was born September 15, 1947 in St. Paul, MN to Leslie and Jenny Baker.

After graduating from high school in Roseville, MN she worked for Gould Battery until becoming a dedicated and loving stay-at-home mother after the birth of her children. After moving to Amherst in 1979, Kathy volunteered with the schools, sports teams, Cub scouts, town clerk and PTA.

Kathy enjoyed spending time with her family which include her spouse, Bruce, her sons Christopher and Jeffrey, daughter-in-law Nicole and grandchildren Alyssa & Aiden who brought her so much joy. Kathy will be remembered for her love of sports, family, and being a strong, independent woman.

Along with her immediate family, Kathy also leaves her sisters Jacquie Bergman, Coon Rapids MN; Beverly Jacobson, Superior WI; and her brother Russell and his wife Lorna, Woodway TX. She also is survived by her two sisters-in-law, Burdette Miller-Lehn and Becky Miller, and her mother-in-law Shirley Miller all of MN.
