Lynne C. Simonfy

Lynne C. Simonfy of Hollis, NH passed away on the night of June 7th surrounded by her loved ones.

Raised in North Bergen, NJ by parents Frank and Paula Simonfy, she attended Rutgers University and received a Bachelor of Arts in English as part of the first co-ed graduating class.

Lynne worked to preserve the quality of life, rural uniqueness, and livelihood of auto body shops of Hollis for many years. She served her community by her dedicated service as a board member of the Boys and Girls Club of Nashua, NH and was on the Capital Campaign Committee for the building of the Milford Boys and Girls Club. She passionately drove the efforts of the Hollis Historic District and Conservation Commission, particularly the protection of wetlands and the expansion of protected lands. Additionally, Lynne was a strong supporter of the American Cancer Society Relay for Life.

Professionally, Lynne held several Sales and Marketing positions in the technology field, most recently as the Director of Vendor Alliances at ePlus Technologies Inc. She was also the editor and publisher of the Hollis Times for many years.

Lynne was passionate about gardening, horseback riding, and the arts. She was a writer, a reader and an avid lover of poetry.

She is survived by her daughter Marielle Fibish, mother Paula Simonfy, brother Rob Simonfy, and sister-in-law Sharon Wienke.
