Patricia L. Avery, 77, longtime resident of Milford, NH, died October 2, 2011 at Crestwood Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center, Milford.

She was born in Warren, NH on October 6, 1933, a daughter of Lewis and Geneva (Pike) Bennett.

Mrs. Avery had previously been employed by Data Products, Milford, for more than 15 years.

She was an avid bingo player and enjoyed traveling and trips to Foxwoods. She most especially loved spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandson.

She was predeceased by an infant son, Michael Avery; two sisters, Beverly Hebert and Marilyn Bennett; and a brother, Robert Bennett.

Family members include two daughters and a son-in-law, Michelle R. and Steven Douston of Greenfield, NH, Tina L. Avery of Milford, NH; a son, Jeffrey S. Avery of Milford, NH; two grandchildren, Leigh Douston Rocca and her husband, Jon Rocca, Brad Douston and Sarah Wright; a great-grandson, Joshua Rocca; two sisters and brothers-in-law, M. Elizabeth and Harry Gilman of Bel Air, MD, Janet and Armand Truchon of East Andover, NH; a brother and sister-in-law, Richard and Karen Bennett of Sanbornton, NH; many nieces and nephews.

There are no visiting hours. A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 7th at 11:00 am in Riverside Cemetery, 454 Nashua Street, Milford.
