Clara (Anuszczyk) Wilson

Clara (Anuszczyk) Wil­son passed away Oct. 26, 2016 at 89 years old in Nashua, NH. She was born in Acushnet, MA, on Jan. 5, 1927. She was the second-oldest child of 7 children to Wanda and Leon Anuszczyk.

At 18 years old, Clara moved west to California where she met a rising na­val officer, Ronald Wilson and married. She was a loyal Navy wife and lov­ing mother of 6 children. After retiring from the Navy, Clara and her hus­band relocated with GTE to spend 7 years in the Pacific at Kwajalein, Mar­shall Islands. They later retired and moved to Key West, Florida with their final home in Venice, FL residing in a golf com­munity. They enjoyed this beautiful home together for two years before her husband Ronald passed away. They were married 45 years.

Clara loved walking, crossword puzzles, and card games. She was also devoted to her family and friends and active in her Catholic church. She moved to Milford, NH, near her children when signs of Dementia became evident.

Clara is survived by her brother Leon Anuszc­zyk, and sister Theresa Saint. She was prede­ceased by her siblings Ed­mond Anuszczyk, Henry Anuszczyk, Steven and John Anuszczyk. She is survived by her children Janis Barbour of Talla­hassee Florida and son-in-law John Barbour, Ste­ven Wilson of Brookline, NH and daughter-in-law Jeanne Wilson, Paul Wil­son of Manchester, NH and daughter-in-law Lisa Wilson, David Wilson of Brookline, NH and John Wilson of Pawtucket, RI. She also had 16 grand­children and 8 great-grandchildren.

A Memorial Mass will be held at 11:00 at St. Pat­rick’s Church in Milford, NH.
