WILTON, NH – Lawrence E. Ladd, 94, of Wilton, N.H., passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by his family on April 20, 2018.

Lawrence was born in Amherst, NH on May 25, 1923, a son of Melvin E. and Dorothy (Goodale) Ladd. Mr. Ladd was raised and educated in Amherst, graduating from Amherst High School.

He had been employed by Sanders Associates for more than 30 years as an engineering technician.

Mr. Ladd retired to Cape Cod with his wife, Rachel. He enjoyed golfing and strolling along the many beautiful beaches with his wife.

He was predeceased by his loving wife, Rachel E. (Trudeau) Ladd, who passed away in 2012.

Mr. Ladd was a loving husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather and will be greatly missed.

Family members include a daughter and son-in-law with whom he made his home, Andrea S. and Larry E. Holland of Wilton, NH; a son and daughter-in-law, Gary E. and Renee Lea Ladd of Donnelly, ID; a granddaughter, Courtney E. Devine of Milford, NH; and two great grandchildren, Ariana R. Devine of Florence, Italy and Maddox J. Devine of Milford, NH.
