Paul Santinelli

Paul Santinelli passed away peacefully at home on January 24 after a valiant two year battle with cancer.

He was born in Milford, NH on May 3, 1950 to the late Gustavi and Helen Santinelli.

He retired from the Army National Guard in 2001 after proudly serving his country for 30 years. Following his military service he worked in support positions for the Citrus County School District for 11 years.

Paul enjoyed singing in the church choir and was an avid fan of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Tampa Bay Rays. He was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather.

He was preceded in death by his brother, Joseph Janowiec and sister, Carol Flanders.

He is survived by his loving wife of 23 years Penny Santinelli, children Bonnie Walters, Carrie Santinelli, Francie Glasz (Tony), and Mike Santinelli (Tina), grandchildren Joseph Walters, Kiersten Zions (Justin), Dominic Santinelli, Jacob Santinelli, Nathan Santinelli, and Cameron Glasz, and great-grandchildren Jayson Zions and Xander Zions.

A Celebration of Life will be held at Seven Rivers Presbyterian Church in Lecanto, FL on Friday, January 29 at 11:00 AM. If you plan to attend, please wear a mask. Seating will be socially distanced.

Donations in memory of Paul can be made to the Moffitt Cancer Center Foundation.

Burial will take place at the Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of Fero Funeral Home in Beverly Hills.
