The family of Jean (Riendeau) Rood and Ronald Henry Rood invite you to join them for a Memorial Service and Celebration of Life on Friday, June 11, 2021 at 11:00 a.m.

Jean Barbara (Riendeau) Rood, age 82, died May 31, 2019 after a battle with lung cancer. Ronald Henry Rood, age 89, died December 1, 2019 after a lengthy battle with kidney disease. They were residents of Milford, NH for most of their adult life. Jean worked for Hitchiner Mfg. for 36 years and Ronald worked at Hitchiner Mfg. for over 20 years, before they retired to Florida in 1996.

Jean and Ronnie were married 68 years and have 5 children: Linda Rood of Port Orange, FL; Barbara (Rod) Stone of Richlands, NC; Diana (Ernest) Archambault of Cocoa, FL; Ronald “Butch” Rood, Jr., of Milford, NH; and Pam Rood (Karim Marrakchi) of Ashburn, VA; 10 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; and 4 great-great-grandchildren.

They will be laid to rest at Riverside Cemetery, Nashua Street, Milford, NH at 11:00 a.m. Following the internment, family and friends are invited to The Gathering at Col. Shepherd House, 29 Mt. Vernon Street, Milford, NH for a time of remembrance and celebration of the life of Jean and Ronnie.
