WILTON – Diane M. Long, 57, longtime resident of Wilton, NH, died on August 18, 2022 at St. Joseph’s Hospital, Nashua, NH.

She was born on October 14, 1964 in Peterborough, NH, the daughter of Donald and Marion (Whitney) Mochrie. Diane was raised and educated in Wilton, and graduated from Wilton High School, Class of 1983.

Diane had previously been employed by the Nashua Telegraph.

She loved to garden and cook, but most especially enjoyed raising her three grandsons whom she adored.

Family members include her loving husband of thirty-two years, Jason Long of Wilton, NH; a daughter, Amber Mochrie of Nashua, NH; a son, Stephen Long of Wilton, NH; three grandsons, Ebben Drew-Mochrie, Aiden Drew and David A. Jones II, all of Wilton; a sister and brother-in-law, Susan and Michael Rodgers of Wilton, NH and their children Jay (Kat) Rodgers of Richmondville, NY, Justin Rodgers of Milford, NH, Kristy Rodgers of Wilton, NH and Tyler (Taylor) Rodgers of Lyndeborough, NH; an uncle, David Hall of Wilton, NH; two great nieces, Eiley and Imogen Rodgers of Richmondville, NY; three half-sisters, Donna Gallagher and Mary Ann Mochrie, both of Manchester, NH and Patti Mochrie of Texas; and longtime family friend, Aaron Drew of Wilton, NH.

A visiting hour will be held on Friday, August 26th from 10-11:00am in the Smith & Heald Funeral Home, 63 Elm Street Milford. Followed by a funeral service at 11:00am.
