Linda Perry

On August 29th, after seeing and hearing her late parents call out to her from heaven, Linda Grace Perry passed away peacefully a short time later at the Granite VNA Hospice House in Concord, NH. The cause of death was end-stage renal disease.

Linda was born in Manchester to the late Frank E. Perry and Cynthia L. (Ireland) Perry. She is survived by her sister Melissa, brother David, sister-in-law Marlisa, nieces Kaitlyn and Lakyn, great nephew Lucas, uncle Ronny, beloved cousins Elena, Sean, and Jeffrey, and dearest friends Jane, Doris, and Barb. The multitudes of people that Linda “adopted” as loved family members are too numerous to list!

Ms. Perry endured a lifetime of medical conditions, such as the epilepsy which caused her to be slightly developmentally disabled. Despite this, Linda studied hard. After spending most of her formative years growing up and attending school in Milford, Linda finished her high school education in Manchester.

A child at heart, Linda had a passionate love for children, and was most proud of her volunteer work with kids. She managed a recurring “Kids Night” at McDonalds in Milford, and also spent many years as an assistant at Mt. Saint Mary’s preschool in Manchester.

Ms. Perry might not have been considered “smart” by our societal standards but was wiser than all of us. Linda knew, and acted upon, what is important in life: her Catholic faith, devotion to family, and generosity towards all. She had a keen memory, and never forgot to send out that birthday or holiday card.
