Susan Marie Carlson was a loving mother, sister and friend. She left this world after a valiant battle with Leukemia on October 28, 2023 at age 56.

Susan is survived by a large loving family. Her children include her son, Erik Carlson, her son’s wife, Laura Carlson, and her daughter, Autumn Rose Carlson. Her family includes her sisters, Karen Hart, and Christine Mailho. She was born to Trevor Berry and Rosemary Buckley on August 19, 1967 in Chelsea, MA.

She spent her formative years in Florida and went to school in Massachusetts. After finishing High School, she got her Bachelors of Science in Education at Fitchburg State University. Her life’s mission was to help teach and nurture children with special needs. She did exactly that in her final job with the Nashua School District.

Susan loved spending her time with her kids, watching her favorite soap opera, “Days of our Lives”, enjoying music, and reading books. She enjoyed listening to Matchbox Twenty, Rob Thomas, Elton John, and Billy Joel. She had a deep relationship with God and had accepted Jesus Christ in her heart. She will be forever missed.

A private celebration of life has been scheduled on November 18, 2023. Please reach out to her son or daughter for more details.
