Kent Davies Kolar, 83, of Milford, NH died on February 20, 2024 surrounded by family.

Born in Cleveland, OH on November 24, 1940, Kent was the only son of Robert J and Margaret L (Davies) Kolar.

Kent joined the U.S. Navy and Naval Reserves from October 1960 thru October 1966.

Kent is predeceased by his wife of 48 years, Gail Ann (Kennedy) Kolar with whom he made his home in Milford, NH for the past 45 years.

Kent’s memory will be carried by his three sons and daughters-in-law, Matthew Kolar of Amherst, NH; Brandon and Jennifer Kolar of Andover, MA; and Daniel and Catherine Kolar of Hollis, NH; and his six grandchildren Benjamin, Kieran, Enzo, Emma, Eleanora and Beatrice.

A chiropractor by trade, Kent was known for his healing hands and soft touch. Beyond his professional endeavors, he found joy in his sons and grandchildren.

On Saturday March 16th, the family will receive friends from 10:00am-11:00am

followed by a memorial service at 11:00am in the Amherst Christian Church, 134 Hollis Road, Amherst, NH. In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to Pacific Garden Mission in Chicago, Illinois (www.pgm.org).
