Nicholas Joseph San Martino, Jr. aged 70, passed away peacefully at the Country Village Center in Lancaster NH on April 21, 2025. He was born in Massachusetts to Nicholas J. and Alice San Martino.

He leaves behind a daughter, Marie Martell and husband Mike, a daughter, Bethanie Grenier and husband Daniel, a son, Nicholas B. San Martino and wife Chelsea, a daughter, Marta San Martino, and a daughter, Delaney San Martino. His 5 grandchildren, Emery Martell, Sage Grenier, Micah Martell, Vera Grenier and Bode San Martino will surely miss him. He also leaves behind 2 sisters, Rose Anne Bryda of North Carolina and a sister Kathy San Martino of California.

He was a Physical therapist for most of his life and worked in New Hampshire, Rhode Island, and Vermont. He also completed an Ironman in 1983 and was a former track coach in Milford. Nicholas was an alumnus of the University of Vermont.

He enjoyed running and completed 26 consecutive Boston Marathons which were near and dear to his heart. He made his death his last marathon, he died on Marathon Monday. Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of your choice.
