Lynda Abaid, 68, resident of Mont Vernon, NH, died on July 21, 2025, in the St. Joseph Hospital, Nashua, NH, surrounded by her loving family.

She was born on May 22, 1957, in Worcester, MA, a daughter of the late Joseph and Rose (DeMarco) Cook.

Lynda was raised and educated in the Worcester area and graduated from North Grafton High School.

Lynda married Dennis Abaid and together have made their home in Mont Vernon for over 30 years. She worked for many years as a paraprofessional in the Milford School District. Lynda enjoyed kids, gardening, nature and most importantly her family.

She was a devout catholic and was a parishioner at St. Patrick’s Church, Milford.

Survivors include her loving husband, Dennis Abaid of Mont Vernon, NH, her three sons, Steven Francoeur, Joseph Abaid and Alex Abaid, four grandchildren, Kaleb Francoeur, Torianna Francoeur, Sierra Abaid and Savanna Abaid, her sister, Cindy Creidon, a brother, Nicholas Cook and many friends.

Services were held on Friday, August 1, 2025.
