Barbara A. (Therrien) Wright

Barbara A. (Therrien) Wright, 75, of Hollis, NH passed away on Sunday, September 11, 2011 at Boston Medical Center in Boston, MA. She was born in Nashua, NH on October 22, 1935, the daughter of the late George E. and Frances A. (Askham) Therrien Michuda.

Barbara was a lifelong Hollis resident. She was educated in the Hollis school system, graduating from Hollis High School, Class of 1954. She then went on to attend St. Joseph School of Nursing, graduating as a Registered Nurse in 1957. She worked as an Occupational Health Nurse for Brockway Plastic for many years before her retirement in 1988. Barbara was an avid reader, a nature lover always feeding the birds and critters in the yard, a member of a bowling and golfing league for over twenty years, volunteered at the Red Cross, was an extreme couponer, loved flowers including roses and sunflowers, enjoyed watching her Sunday politics shows and loved spending her time with her daughters and grandchildren at their lake home in Washington, NH for over fifteen years.

Barbara is survived by her husband of thirteen years, Robert Cudworth of Hollis, NH; two daughters, Lisa and Susan Wright both of Hollis and their father David S. Wright of Nashua along with their stepfather Richard Cimato of MA; two sisters, Nancy Griffin of FL and Carol Wilshire and her husband Elliot of Hollis; four grandchildren, Jennifer Menezes of SC, Jessica Haggard and her husband Scott of AZ, Jeffery Beaulieu and his wife Elena of Manchester, and Jared Beaulieu of Nashua; seven great-grandchildren; a niece, Jan Jodoin and her husband Richard of Nashua; five stepchildren, Michael Cudworth of Hollis, Scott Cudworth and his wife Joanie of Brookline, NH, Chris Cudworth and his wife Dian of Nashua, Kim Schonfeld of MD and Joy Paul of Hudson; six step-grandchildren, Joshua Cudworth and his wife Jeanette of AZ, Nathan Cudworth of Hollis, Justin and Tyler Cudworth of Nashua, Emily, Lindsey and Patrick Roy of Hudson, and Jamie Vaughn of Brookline, NH; as well as several nephews and cousins.

Calling hours will be held on Thursday, September 15, 2011 from 3 PM to 7 PM at ZIS-SWEENEY FUNERAL HOME, 26 KINSLEY STREET, NASHUA, NH 03060. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, September 16, 2011 at 11 AM at Parish of the Resurrection in Nashua, NH. Burial will follow at East Cemetery in Hollis, NH.
