CarolAnn Williams Silva

The Family of Steve A. Silva is sad to report the death of CarolAnn Williams Silva, who passed away peacefully on the morning of December 8, 2013, in Merrimack, New Hampshire, after a long battle with cancer, at the age of 62 years.

As a resident of Hollis, New Hampshire, CarolAnn was actively involved and supported the USO and the Wounded Warrior Program. Among her many accomplishments, she was the Program Manager for Hanscom Air Force Base and for the U.S. Senate, under the Sargent of Arms William H. Pickle. She continued her career with NASA at the Dryden Flight Research Center. She returned to Washington, D.C., and held many executive positions within several organizations and was co-founder of DekaTron Corporation. Her career path was unfortunately cut short by her illness, upon which she returned to Hollis, New Hampshire.

She is survived by her husband, CWO 4(P) Steve A. Silva, her mother Brenda E. Williams, brother Philip John Williams, Sister Mrs. Christine Jenkins, and her son Aaron Farmer.

Visiting hours will be held Friday, December 13, 2013, from 4-8 p.m. in the Zis-Sweeney Funeral Home, 26 Kinsley St., Nashua. Her funeral will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday in the Congregational Church of Hollis, 3 Monument Square, Hollis. Family will greet friends Saturday from 10 a.m. until the time of service in the church. Interment will be in Arlington National Cemetery at a later date.
