Most of all, she loved her children and grandchildren and was loved by them.

Mithoefer and his wife Steffanie of Furlong, Pennsylvania, and her daughter Kirsten P. Herzig and her husband, David, of Lafayette, Colorado. Peggy took great delight in her four grandchildren, Asher and Bryce Mithoefer and Palmer and Will Herzig.

Her spirit will be felt forever, as she is loved by so many family and friends.
