Edna M. (Barbie) Austin, a lifelong resident of Brookline, NH, died October 4th, 2014, at her home surrounded by her loving family. She was born on July 28th, 1935, in Lowell, Mass.

The daughter of the late Arthur Bent Sr. and Eva Devine Bent, she was predeceased by her brother Donnie Bent, and husband, James Austin Sr. She leaves behind a daughter, Dawn (Leecy) Jeffreys, and a son, James Austin Jr.; five grandchildren, Jason, Jansen, his wife, Christine, Jesse Jeffreys, Megan and James Austin the 3rd; four great-grandchildren, Killian, Shaye, Allyson and Amaya Jeffreys; two brothers, Arthur Bent Jr. and wife Aggie, Ralph and wife Sandra Bent; a sister, Andrea, and husband Thomas Daniels.

Services will be held October 13th, 2014, at 11:00 a.m. at the Pine Grove Cemetery in Brookline, NH. Celebration of life immediately following at The Brookline Event Center. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made out to the Brookline Ambulance.
