Barbara L. Buker

Barbara L. Buker, 83 a longtime resident of Merrimack, NH passed away on Friday May 12, 2017 at her home after a protracted battle with heart disease and was surrounded by her loving family.

She was born in 1933 a daughter of the late Morillo E. Post and Gladys P. (Greenier) Post Brown.

Barbara was raised in Presque Isle, ME and moved to Merrimack in 1950.

She loved fishing, gardening, cooking, pets and was a devoted loving mother.

Barbara was the widow of Charles “Mike” Buker Sr. who died in 1983, and was also pre-deceased by a grandson, Scott Granger and a brother Gary Brown.

Surviving members of her family include a son Charles “Chippy” Buker of Merrimack, two daughters and two sons in-law, Lorna and her husband Gary of Hudson, NH and Lynn Lavallee and her husband Keith; four grandsons, Keith and Sean Lavallee, and Dennis and Brian Granger; six great-grandchildren, and one great great grandson; three sisters, Grace Beaulieau and her husband Jim, Marlyn Bernier and Judy Kleiman and several nieces and nephews.

Memorial service will be held in the The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, 110 Concord St., Nashua, NH 03064 Tuesday May 16, 2017 at 10 AM.
