Bronze Reading Children
For those who wonder about the history behind the bronze reading children on the Milford common: About 25 years ago, Milford Elementary School teacher Sandy Murphy, above, and her students raised the money, and artist Sylvia Nicolas of Mont Vernon created the statue.
