Greenleaf is the name of the new Milford restaurant being built in the old Souhegan National Bank building across from the Wadleigh Memorial Library. It is named after Luther Greenleaf, the primary architect of the bank’s major renovation in the early 1900s. Chefs Chris Viaud and Keith Sarasin are expected to open the 70-seat farm-to-table restaurant in May. Also in the building will be co-working space called CoHo, that will offer private offices, event and conference space and a kids’ area. Building owners Paul and Nancy Amato and their daughter, Holly Bly, were leading a ‘hard-hat tour’ of the building Monday.
