Dog show raises more than $200 for ARL

On July 19, Bentley Commons at Bedford hosted its fourth annual dog show to benefit the Animal Rescue League of New Hampshire.

More than 200 people attended the event, and 30 dogs competed.

It was a close race for the People’s Choice Award, which was awarded to a Wheaton terrier and Old English sheepdog mix named Brody. Other winners included Obie, a Maltipoo, for the Cutest Dog, and Buttercup, a basset hound, for Best Behaved.
