Mental health outpatient clinic opening in Bedford

BEDFORD – Additional mental health services will be available in Bedford and the surrounding communities. Psychiatric Wellness Center is accepting new patients for April. This means the addition of two Board Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners to diagnosis and treat mental health conditions such as: depression, eating disorders, anxiety, and PTSD. Our providers offer a unique background as therapists and prescribers as both have practiced as master level clinicians prior to practicing as Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners. The center hopes to create greater access to psychiatric care and increase consultation with primary care clinics.

Physicians or therapists may refer directly from our secure website. If you are an individual, please call us or visit our website at www.psychiatricwellnesscenter.org. Providers look forward to collaborating with community members and increasing access to mental health care services.

Psychiatric Wellness Center is comprised of two board certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioners providing care for Bedford and the surrounding communities. Services include medication management, psychiatric evaluations, psychotherapy and consultation service to primary care providers. In addition to traditional sessions in our office, we offer telepsychiatry services to our patients.

We bring 20 years of combined experience providing therapeutic services to individuals, families and communities. Our goal is to instill hope while building a foundation of trust. We believe that each person is the leader of their treatment and will be an active participant in their treatment journey.
