On Thursday, June 29, Residential Mortgage Services, Inc. celebrated the opening of a new Regional Operations Center at 318 South River Road in Bedford. In 2016, RMS helped make the dream of homeownership come true for 2,856 borrowers throughout New Hampshire, and has experienced significant growth over the past several years. James Seely, CEO of RMS, was joined by Jim Prieto, regional VP, and other company leaders in a ceremonial ribbon cutting at the entrance to this new 15,950 square foot regional operations center. Over 60 RMS employees will support all aspects of the home financing process from this new office space. A mix of RMS employees, family members, and business partners participated in this celebratory event.

RMS is committed to giving back to the communities in which its employees and customers live and work, and was pleased to have raised, along with the support of many committed partners, $1,710 during this grand opening celebration. These funds have been contributed to the NH Food Bank, and will be used to provide as many as 3,420 meals to those in need of support. The NH Food Bank is the only food bank in New Hampshire and supplies millions of pounds of nutritious food and resources annually to more than 400 partner agencies. These include food pantries, homeless shelters, soup kitchens, children’s programs, senior centers and more.
