BEDFORD – Aracelia Valentin, 45, of Lawrence, Mass., was taken into custody on March 29 following a rollover crash at the Bedford Toll Plaza on the southbound side of the F.E. Everett Turnpike.

According to State Police, Valentin’s vehicle, a 2009 Honda Accord, was found on its side just before 6:30 a.m. Valentin was taken to the hospital with minor injuries.

During their investigation, police determined that she was impaired at the time of the crash.

Valentin has been charged with aggravated DWI, driving under the influence and reckless conduct.

She is scheduled to appear in Merrimack District Court on April 21.

Under state law, if convicted, she could face up to eight years in prison, up to five years of probation, having her driver’s license suspended for up to 33 months and up to $7,200 in fines.
