Repeat offender charged with firearms possession
CONCORD – Jacob Valley, 31, of Milford, was arraigned in federal court on May 26 on a three-count indictment charging him with being a felon in possession of firearms.
According to the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of New Hampshire, Valley previously pled guilty, in March 2021, to the unlawful possession of firearms. He was later sentenced to 70 months in prison.
According to the new indictment, Valley was allegedly found in possession of four guns in April 2025.
Under federal law, Valley could face up to 45 years in prison, up to nine years of supervised release and up to $750,000 in fines.
