The Heritage Commission is proud to bring you another collection of scenic Hollis. This calendar is the Commission’s major fund raising event.

Over the years, the calendar has been a popular means to share the beauty of our town. The calendars make wonderful holiday gifts for family and friends who have moved out of Hollis or still share the Hollis beauty. Calendars are $10 at the following locations: Lull’s Farm Stand, Kimball’s Fruit Farm, Hollis Pharmacy, Town Hall, Dave’s Dry Cleaners, and Brookdale Farm Stand.

Special recognition to the sponsors and sales of the calendar. There is now sufficient funding to begin restoration of the historic cooper shop. The foundation of the cooper shop is now in place near the Lawrence Barn thanks to the crew of Custom View. The original granite stones were laid in place in time for Home Days viewing. Formal construction of the shop will begin in spring of 2020.

The Commission gladly welcomes volunteers! If you are interested in participating in the commission, feel welcome to attend one of our meetings (last Tuesday of the month at the Town Hall meeting room).
