Alice M. (Bey) Ferraiuolo

Alice M. (Bey) Ferraiuolo, 83, passed away on June 4, 2020 in Dunedin, FL. She was born May 17, 1937 in the Bronx, NY to William R. Bey and Hedwig Annamarie (Heinz) Bey.

She married Ornello Charles Ferraiuolo, Jr. on July 17, 1954. He predeceased her in 1999. They moved to Lyndeborough, NH in 1969. In later years, they moved to FL.

In her life she had many talents and hobbies. She had a passion for the night sky. Her nickname was “Star Gazer.” Her talent for making wonderful meals of traditional German and Italian cuisine was something of legend; and also made the best fried chicken and homemade french fries on the planet. She helped start Babes In School Land Kindergarten in Lyndeborough in 1974. A sense of humor that could sometimes make one blush; was one of her favorite traits she delighted in. If you were on the receiving end of “the look”, you knew what that meant without a word of explanation needed. Her greatest joy were her children and the generations that followed, along with many others who called her “Mom”. They each held a special place in her heart.

In NH she had been employed by: Babes In School Land, Kenmore Stamp Co., T.C. Bolt and Scarborough. In Dunedin Fl: Eckard Drug, Walgreen’s and Knott On Main St. as an antique dealer and collector.

She is predeceased by her parents and sisters Anne Marie Raucci and Catherine Gunter. She is survived by her five children: Teri Fripp of New Port Richey, Florida, Charles (Sonny) Ferraiuolo III (Christina) of New Port Richey, Florida, William Ferraiuolo (Gretchen) of Lyndeborough, NH, Catherine Davidson (Dan) of Snyder, TX and Maria Robinson of Wilton ,NH. Siblings: William Bey, Eric Bey, Elena Bey and Richard Bey. 11 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren. Many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Due to Covid, services were held in Lyndeborough, Sept. 12, 2021.
