Programs for baseball and softball start in January

The MCAA is planning and organizing a Winter Clinic program for base­ball and softball players ages 8-12.

The instruction will be held at the New England Extreme Sports Training complex in Wilton this winter.

The cost is $60 per play­er for all six sessions, with a maximum of 20 children per session.

The baseball clinics will take place Saturdays from Jan. 21-March 4. Ages 8-10 from 5-6 p.m., and ages 11- 12 from 6-7 p.m.

The softball clinics will be on Sundays from Jan. 22-March 5, noon-1 p.m. for ages 8-12.
