A big celebration is planned for Souhegan High School baseball coach and area legend Bill Dod’s retirement next month after 50 seasons of coaching baseball.

It will be held at the New Hampshire Fisher Cats game on Saturday, June 9 at Northeast Delta Dental Stadium. The left field pavillion has been reserved and there is an inclusive ticket/all-you-can eat fee.

Hard to believe that in three weeks from Friday we will have the Nashua Silver Knights home opener. What will the season bring? That’s a great question that will be answered this summer.

It will be a great night on Friday, June 1 when the club returns.
