ParentingNH  to Host Interactive Summer Camp Fairs on March 2 and 16

Manchester, NH —  ParentingNH  is offering families one-stop shopping opportunities showcasing the hundreds of summer camps and programs offered in New Hampshire. With a still-growing list of dozens of organizations taking part,  ParentingNH  will host free  Summer Camp and Program Expos  on Saturday, March 2, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Courtyard by Marriott, 2200 Southwood Drive in Nashua; and on Saturday, March 16, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Derryfield Country Club, 625 Mammoth Road in Manchester.

“New Hampshire is synonymous with summer camp. Summer camps and programs provide the opportunity to explore something new and to create memories and friends that last a lifetime. But we know sometimes finding the right camp can be an overwhelming experience for parents,” said Melanie Hitchcock, editor,  ParentingNH,  the first and only statewide publication for parents of children and teens.

Held at two convenient locations, these interactive camp events allow parents and their children the opportunity to speak one-on-one with representatives about their summer camps and programs. Camp categories include adventure and travel, educational, arts and crafts, performing arts, science and nature, dance, gymnastics and movement, special needs and sports and fitness.

Participating organizations include SkyVenture NH, YMCA of Greater Nashua, Camp Birch Hill, Camp Hawkeye, Girls Scouts of the the Green & White Mountains, LOFTechnology, Code Ninjas, Ponemah Green Family Golf Center, Fortitude for Dance, The Palace Theatre, Evo Rock & Fitness and many more.
