Film on money in politics in Wilton Sunday

WILTON – “Pay2Play”, a documentary about the effect of money in politics, will be shown at the Wilton Town Hall Theater on Sunday, May 17 at 4:30 p.m.

The movie features interviews with Robert Reich, Noam Chomsky, Jack Abrahamoff, and Marianne Williamson.

The Library Journal Review says that “Pay2Play” is “Required viewing for anyone interested in American politics” and that it exudes hope and offers solutions to those who are concerned about the future of our republic, according to a press release from the Souhegan Transition Network, the organization sponsoring the film.

Admission to the movie is free, though donations to the Souhegan Transition Network are welcome.

There will be a discussion after the film at the Roam Cafe, across the street from the theater.

The movie is the last of the spring series on movies that promote sustainable solutions that promote local communities and resilience.
