MILFORD — After opening its doors 11 years ago, the Addiction Recovery Coalition of New Hampshire is in the process of merging its operations with the Revive Recovery Resource Center in Nashua.

Once the transition is complete, Revive will be able to offer services to more people and grow the business relationships that ARCNH has developed in Milford.

Since opening in October 2017, Revive has provided services including peer recovery support, recovery coaching, family support and workforce development.

“We are incredibly grateful for the work ARCNH, its staff, board, volunteers, participants and community partners have done to create a place where people can find connection and support,” said Jessica Carter, executive director of Revive. “Revive isn’t coming into Milford to replace what has been built, we are coming to carry it forward. We are excited to listen to the community, support the people already doing this work, and bring additional resources and opportunities to individuals and families throughout Milford and the Souhegan Valley. Revive believes that recovery is built through community and we are honored to become a part of this one.”

Revive will also expand ARCNH’s infrastructure and programming.

“The ARCNH Center was built around the belief that people and families affected by substance use deserve a community where they can find hope, connection and support,” said Bradford Volz, chairman of the ARCNH Board of Directors. “As our board considered the future of the organization, it was incredibly important to us that this work continue. We believe Revive shares that commitment and has the experience, infrastructure, and vision to build upon what ARCNH has created. We are excited about what this transition can mean for the recovery community in Milford and the surrounding region.”

Both organizations have expressed a commitment to ensuring a seamless transition.

Revive will also be reaching out to the Milford community to learn more about the needs of the town and possible recovery-oriented opportunities moving forward.
