Lindsey Shaklee, of Brookline, a master’s student in the Advanced Inquiry Program at Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, will travel to Belize in July, 2018. Shaklee will study coral reefs, manatees, howler monkeys, jaguars and other wildlife while learning the methods communities are using to sustain them. Shaklee is the education director at Brookline Community Church.
