Constance Mulligan, daughter of Wendy and James Mulligan of Hollis, was the honored guest of the Anna Keyes Powers Chapter of Hollis at a chapter meeting where she read her winning essay and received chapter awards. The Good Citizen Contest is a statewide program, where individual high schools choose the senior most likely to exhibit the qualities of dependability, service, leadership and patriotism. 

Mulligan was further honored at the New Hampshire State Organization of the DAR Good Citizen luncheon in Concord. The luncheon was preceded by a tour of the State House, where the Good Citizens were welcomed by Gov. Chris Sununu.
