MERRIMACK — At 86, longtime publisher and speaker Henry Quinlan of Merrimack continues to redefine what it means to age well.
Together with 22-year-old digital media strategist Emma Charron of Nashua, Quinlan is bringing joy, learning and connection to older adults through the Golden Years Video Library, a growing collection of engaging digital content designed for seniors.
Quinlan has delivered more than 300 lectures to senior groups nationwide and collaborated with figures such as astronaut Wally Schirra and Celtics legend K.C. Jones. When he turned 80, Quinlan celebrated by skydiving with his granddaughter, a testament to his adventurous spirit and lifelong curiosity.
Charron brings modern technology and communication expertise to GYVL, ensuring seniors can access meaningful educational and inspirational content online.
“Our work is about more than content,” she said. “It’s about helping seniors feel connected, valued, and inspired every day.”

The Golden Years Video Library provides hour-long videos that educate, entertain and empower older adults to stay engaged, informed and inspired in their daily lives. It is rapidly becoming a trusted resource for senior centers, libraries, assisted living facilities and families across the country.
“Aging should be about possibility, not limitation,” said Quinlan. “Through GYVL, we’re helping seniors embrace their next chapter with curiosity, purpose and joy.”
