Beverly “Bev” June Bilodeau, 80, of Merrimack, died at Hillsborough County Nursing Home on December 23, 2011 after a period of declining health.

Bev was born in Newburyport, MA, on September 28, 1931, the daughter of the late Clyde and Ruth (Brown) Brown. She grew up in Manchester, NH and moved to Merrimack where she spent the last 42 years of her life.

Bev was employed at Armtec Industries as a Manager working with electronics on line assembly.

Bev was an avid animal lover. She bred AKC Miniature Schnauzers for many years and continued to provide grooming services to many of “her puppies” long after they left for their forever homes. She made many friends attending horse shows around New England while supporting her niece Linda, and her horses. As an artist, she enjoyed drawing, painting and flower arranging.

Bev was predeceased by her husband, Ralph Bilodeau in 1970.

She is survived by a brother William Brown and his wife Sandy, of Deering, NH; a sister, Judith Prentiss and her husband Arthur of Limestone, ME; 4 nieces and nephews, Linda Prentiss of Merrimack, David and his wife Sue Prentiss and Mark Prentiss, all of Limestone, ME and Lisa Carter and her husband Randy, of Hooksett, NH.

Bev will be remembered for her quirky sense of humor and for providing support to her family and friends. She will be missed by all.

A private service will be held.
