Victorine ‘Vicky’ Mary KillKelley

Victorine “Vicky” Mary KillKelley, 90, of Merrimack, NH passed away on January 29, 2022 at her home surrounded by her loving family after a brief illness. She was born on May 1, 1931 in Epping, NH to the late Ernest Bernier, Sr. and Bernadette (Talbot) Bernier.

Vicky was a longtime resident of Merrimack. She was employed at Leavitt’s Department Store in Manchester as a woman’s hat department salesperson before becoming a full-time homemaker. She was a Communicant of Our Lady of Mercy Church. Vicky enjoyed gardening and had a green thumb for growing beautiful flowers which were always meticulously manicured. She would receive many unsolicited compliments from passersby about her yard. Vicky was most passionate about spending time with her family and friends and would annually open her home to host Christmas and 4th of July parties for all to gather and celebrate.

Members of her family include the love of her life, her husband of 65 years, Robert KillKelley, of Merrimack, NH; daughter, Lynn KillKelley of Manchester, NH; son, Mark KillKelley and his wife, Karen, of Methuen, MA; son, Dean KillKelley and his wife, Joanne, of Merrimack, NH; daughter, Bernita Desmond and her husband, Richard, of Merrimack, NH; daughter, Michele Rana and her husband, Alex, of Merrimack, NH; son, Andre KillKelley and his wife, Suzzanne, of Laquey, MO; nine grandchildren, six great-grandchildren; brother Ernest Bernier, Jr. and his wife, Karen, of Dover, NH; sister, Lynn Byron and her husband, Art, of Wells, ME; and several nieces and nephews and cousins.

Vicky was predeceased by her sister, Norita Bernier.

There will be no calling hours at her request. A celebration of her life will be held at Our Lady of Mercy Church, Baboosic Lake Road, Merrimack, New Hampshire on Friday, February 4, 2022 at 9:30 a.m. followed by a Graveside Service at Last Rest Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Vicky’s memory can be made to the Home, Health & Hospice, 7 Executive Park Drive, Merrimack, NH 03054.
