David R. Loiselle, 67 of Merrimack, NH died suddenly Wednesday May 4, 2016 at St. Joseph Hospital in Nashua, NH.

He was born in Claremont, NH on Aug. 3, 1948 a son of the late Alfred and Helen (Johnson) Loiselle.

David was a US Army veteran serving in Vietnam. He had been working for Sonny D Construction in Bedford for several years prior to his recent retirement.

He grew up in Unity, NH and had been a resident of Merrimack for 36 years.

Members of his family include his wife of 36 years, Cecilia (Lesmerises) Loiselle of Merrimack; three children, Jonathan Loiselle of Waterville, ME, Matthew McSorley of Litchfield, NH, and Jennifer Adkins of Grafton, NH; nine grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; a brother, Alfred “Pudgy” Loiselle Jr. of Merrimack, NH; a sister, Eileen “Pinky” Woods of Avon Park, FL; and several nieces and nephews.

Dave enjoyed snowmobiling, four wheeling and spending time at his cabin in Pittsburg, NH.

There are no calling hours. A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated in Our Lady of Mercy Church, 16 Baboosic Lake Rd, Merrimack Wednesday at 10 AM. Burial followed in Last Rest Cemetery, Merrimack.
