Jean Marie Gagne, 79, of Merrimack passed away on Sunday November 20th at the Arbors of Bedford surrounded by her family. She was born in Manchester NH and later moved to Merrimack in 1967 and has resided since. Jean worked at Catholic Medical Center as a LPN Nurse for twenty-five and a half years and in her free time she enjoyed spending time at the Merrimack Senior Center, bowling at King Alley and Lakeside Lanes with her friends for many years, she was an avid bingo player in both Hudson and Manchester, and had a love for keeping her yard filled with flowers and bird feeders. She was a parishioner of Our Lady of Mercy Church where she served as a Eucharistic Minister until she was home bound, Jean also volunteered with Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Nashua and Manchester where she was awarded Big Sister of the year in 2003, but most of all she enjoyed sharing time with her family and friends.

Jean is predeceased by her husband Maurice R. Gagne of forty-one and a half years who had passed away in 2003 and is survived by a daughter Linda Ray and her husband Lee, sons Randy Gagne, Darren Gagne and his wife Samantha, Richard Gagne and his wife Jacki, thirteen grand children Elizabeth Lennon, Ryan Lennon, Mike Vincent, Brianna Gagne, Andrew Gagne, Kaytlin Gagne, Jon Gagne, Patrick O’Neill, Monica Ray, Isaac Ray, Ian Cook, Andrea Sumner, Austin Sumner, a great grand daughter Amelia Grace Lennon, a nephew Rick Elliot and his wife Cheryl, a sister Claire Kellogg, a brother Roger Camire, a sister in law Martha Camire. Besides her husband Jean is also pre deceased by her sisters Rita Miller, Renee Olson, and a brother Maurice Camire.

A Mass of Christian Burial took place on Saturday November 26th at 9:30 AM at Our Lady of Mercy Church in Merrimack with burial that followed at Last Rest Cemetery.
