Phyllis DeSalvo

Phyllis DeSalvo, 97, of Merrimack passed away on Sunday February 24th  at the Arbors of Bedford. She was born in Portland Maine and has lived in Merrimack for the past 62 years. Phyllis was a registered nurse and worked at Memorial Hospital for many years prior to retirement. In her free time Phyllis enjoyed playing Scrabble, poker, bridge with the Lane Damon Duplicate Bridge Group, spending time at the Senior Center and traveling especially to Florida, but most of all her favorite place was swimming in Sabago Lake in Maine. 

Phyllis will be remembered and never forgotten by her loving husband of 71 years Anthony DeSalvo of Merrimack, daughter Diane Nyblom and her husband Steve of Merrimack, grandchildren Michael DeSalvo of Webster MA, Timothy Nyblom and his wife Jennifer of Mooresville NC, Mandi Burkey and her husband John of Paoli PA, and 7 great grandchildren. She was also predeceased by her son David DeSalvo.

Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend a graveside service being held at 11 AM on Saturday March 2nd  at Last Rest Cemetery in Merrimack.
