Pink Ride reaches $20,000 donation goal

To the Editor:

On Feb. 7, close to 87 sleds and over 100 participants attended the 2015 Pink Ride at Silver Lake State Park in Hollis. For those of you who have not heard of the Pink Ride, here is a brief description:

“The Pink Ride is a fundraising snowmobile ride and event that brings together families and friends in our community to ride on our beautiful southern New Hampshire trails to aid in the fight against cancer. The 2015 Pink Ride is the fourth annual ride, and all funds earned go directly to St. Joseph Hospital Breast Care Center in Nashua.”

I am happy to report that with the help of over 200 sponsors from businesses, community members, snowmobile clubs, and other local clubs and trail users, we are continuing to “Make a Difference” in the fight against cancer by achieving our 2015 Pink Ride donation goal of $20,000.

Please accept my heartfelt thank you to everyone who volunteers, sponsors and supports our “Little Pink Ride” that does make a difference for the families and patients at St. Joseph Hospital Breast Care Center.

Looking forward to seeing what we can achieve together at the 2016 Pink Ride. Enjoy the rest of the riding season!
