Vaillancourt bridges gap for better collaboration

To the Editor:

Please join me in supporting Jody Vaillancourt for Town Council. Jody is seeking a three-year term and brings to the table skills, knowledge, and experience that can benefit the community and its taxpayers.

I served with Jody on the Merrimack School Board. She served as chair at the time of my election and was an effective leader who looked at the critical needs before us and prioritized our mission to accomplish a lot to benefit students, staff, and the community through her efforts.

Her experience on the school board will allow the Town Council to better understand our mission and efforts required to deliver a 21st century education and its impact to the community. There is no member of the current council or any other candidate who can offer such perspective and I feel it will bridge the gap for better collaboration between the two boards. Such collaboration will benefit everyone in Merrimack.

Jody will commit the time and energy that this position deserves and will take the responsibility that comes with this office seriously. She has a record of putting in the time to be an effective public servant and will be responsive to the community she represents.

I ask your readers to vote for Jody Vaillancourt on April 14th for Town Council.
