The Merrimack Rotary wishes to thank its extraordinary sponsors of this year’s July 4 pancake breakfast and Family Fun Day.

The categories of sponsorships range from Matthew Thornton level ($2,500 and up) to $50 and up sponsors.

"The Merrimack Rotary is very grateful to the numer­ous sponsors of the July 4 events this year," said Maureen Mooney, president of the Rotary Club of Merrimack. "The abundance of generosity from businesses and people in town truly demonstrates the spirit of community."

The 2015 July 4th Family Fun Day is a day of fun, games, entertainment and food. The day’s schedule has been an­nounced, and consists of:

Sparkler 5K Road Race (start at Merrimack YMCA) at 8 a.m.; Merrimack Rotary Club Pancake Breakfast (Merrimack High School cafeteria) from 8-11 a.m.; pa­rade (Daniel Webster Highway to Baboosic Lake Road, ending at Merrimack High School) starts at 1 p.m.; Mer­rimack Rotary Family Fun Day (Mastricola Elementary School grass fields) from noon-9 p.m. with chalk art, food vendors, club and service organizations, nonprofit organi­zations, children’s entertainment, teen entertainment, live stage events, Merrimack Police dunk tank, food contests, business vendors, crafts and gifts, specialty vendors, family entertainment, local bands, live demonstrations and much, much more; fireworks (Merrimack High School field) be­gin at dusk.
