The New Hampshire Hospice & Palliative Care Organization’s 12th annual NHHPCO Tournament will be held at Stonebridge Country Club in Goffstown on Friday, Aug. 21.

The NHHPCO is a non­profit that raises public aware­ness about quality end-of-life care, provides resources and support to more than 30 hos­pice and palliative care pro­grams serving New Hamp­shire, educates health care providers and caregivers, and advocates for legislation that will improve end-of-life care.
