The Southern New Hampshire Cavaliers Pee Wee Two team won three of four games in the recent Cape Cod Classic Pee Wee Tournament and also a game in the Valley League in Woburn, Mass.

Before the Cavs fell to the Burlington (Mass.) Devils in the tourney finals, they took three straight, first topping KPW, 6-3, behind goalie Bailey Landsteiner. The Cavs supported Landsteiner with a balanced offense that had consecutive fast breaks Logan Ryan and Niko Mastakouras that set the pace for the tournament. Defenseman Kevin Perry went end to end to score a goal. Then Ryan Hardy put one between the pipes from a backhand pass from Sinead Macaraeg. Mastakouras scored the sixth goal and Bower finished the scoring off a Cameron DeFilippo pass.

The Cavs then topped the Danvers Falcons, 9-1 with a good performance by goalie Connor Reeves and hat tricks by Mastakouras and Hardy. Travis Asimakopoulos also played well and Will Roncone (Macaraeg assist) and Logan Bower (two goals 30 seconds apart, DeFilippo assist) also scored. The line of Perry and Emma Dunn shut the Falcons down for two-and-a-half periods.

The Cavs then topped the WHK Hawks 7-1, as Bower had another hat trick, one of the goals on a penalty shot.

Dunn played well with an assist while Roncone scored two goals as did Mastakouras (Landsteiner assist).

Bower had the lone goal in the finals.

Later, the Cavs topped the Natick Comets in league play, 3-0, with goals by Landsteiner, Mastakouras (two Hardy assists) and Roncone (assisted by an Asimakopoulos steal).
