Christopher "Chris" Michael Zyla, 42, of Merrimack passed away on December 30 2015.

Chris was born in Nashua on Oct 13, 1973. He graduated from John Starke in Weare and worked at Nashua Gulf for the past few years. He was an avid fisherman and the teller of tales like his father and quick-witted like his mother. He will be remembered as always filling his pockets with matchbox cars or star wars men before leaving home in his younger years and filling his car with fishing gear in his older years.

Chris is survived by his parents Joyce (Harvey) Zyla, and Gary Zyla and stepmother Sunny; his older brother Jason; aunts and uncles Gail (Harvey) and her husband Doug Maker, Bill Harvey and his wife Andrea, Paul Zyla and his wife Martha, and Jack Zyla and his wife Dottie; many cousins and friends.

Chris’ death has left family and friends with many unanswered questions. He will be missed by his family and friends and we pray he is at peace.

There will be no services per his request.
