Kris LaBrake

BEDFORD – Keller Williams (KW) Metro has named REALTORS® Cheryl Grant and Kris LaBrake its new Growth Managers. Grant serves the KW Metro Londonderry branch and LaBrake serves the KW Metro Concord branch.

As Growth Managers, Grant and LaBrake provide productivity coaching, weekly training, and individualized support to their agents. They also actively recruit agents – both experienced and those new to real estate – while managing their branch offices and continuing to expand their own KW Metro REALTOR® businesses.

“Cheryl and Kris were selected as Growth Managers of our Londonderry and Concord branches due to their energy, sales talent, and natural ability to share their knowledge with others,” said Mark Mulcahy, Team Leader, KW Metro. “They will provide our agents with a wealth of resources to make their real estate businesses successful, while enhancing the services KW Metro offers locally.”

Grant, of Londonderry, has been a KW Metro REALTOR® for nearly eight years, and has served as a productivity coach and a member of both the Londonderry Leadership Council and Agent Leadership Council. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing from Bentley University.

LaBrake, of Concord, became a REALTOR® and joined KW Metro seven years ago, after a 30-year New Hampshire sales career that included 25 years in progressive leadership roles. She is a current member of the company’s Agent Leadership Council.
