Kay passed away on July 9 2012 at the “young” age of 93 in Bedford NH, surrounded by her loving family. Born November 20 1918 in Newport RI, to Dennis and Catherine (Curren) Shea. She was predeceased by her husband Arnold Omar Bundy by 18 years and leaves three children A. Patrick Bundy, Liz Finein, and David Omar Bundy (of Bedford) and their spouses Claire, Read, and Donna. She also leaves 8 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren, two remaining sisters Betty Arthur, and Eileen Kelly as well as many friends, nieces and nephews.

Kay spent the first 88 years of her life in Newport. She was very active at St. Joseph’s Church, and the Middletown senior center. Kay enjoyed her years with the Golden Girls Bowling League, the Senior Bocci league, and volunteering at the democratic polling centers. What Kay loved the most was being with family and friends. Kay’s friendly and outgoing personality will be missed by all.

Services: Kay’s services will be held at O’Neil-Hayes Funeral Home and at St. Joseph’s Church in Newport RI.
