Shane M. Sullivan, age 29, Bedford, died unexpectedly on October 4, 2012. He was born in Manchester on January 8, 1983, the son of Kenneth and Karen (Whittemore) Sullivan. Shane attended Bedford schools, graduating from Manchester West High School. He attended Utica (NY) College and SNHU. Shane loved sports, history, reading hiking and spending time with family and friends. He is survived by his parents, Ken and Karen of Bedford; a sister, Kelly Arbogast and her husband Corey of Northfield; Grandparents John J. and Catherine (Melia) Sullivan Jr. of Hampton, Warren Whittemore of Manchester and Robert Smith of Sanbornton; his loving companion Staci Smith; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins. He was recently preceded in death by his grandmother, Gwendolyn Whittemore. Calling hours will be held from 4 to 7 pm on Thursday, October 11, 2012 in Goodwin Funeral Home 607 Chestnut Street. The funeral service will be held at 10 am on Friday, October 12, 2012 also in Goodwin Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Pine Grove Cemetery.
